I went to pick up the JUMP-UP 390 trampoline on April 11, assembled it on Saturday, April 16, contacted customer service on April 19 after Easter Monday for a missing spring. It is now May 17 and the missing spring still hasn't arrived...

The delivery of my trampoline cover was as announced and the goods are as described - therefore I am very satisfied ☺️

Hello, I would have liked to have a few extra hooks to hold my net in addition to my order. Indeed, I bought a new net last year and the plastic hooks are of poor quality. I had specified this need when I placed my order.
