We had bought the rod for the net separately and in reality, a piece is missing to make the connection all around the perimeter. After-sales purchases are still complicated to get everything perfect. Of the last 4 purchases, 2 were perfect including the last one, the net. Very good reception on the phone otherwise which facilitates the order

Quality trampoline, fast shipping.

Perfect delivery

Order of the Boostup 360 trampoline to replace an old trampoline. Impeccable delivery and packaging. The trampoline is easy to assemble with the instructions (in 2 hours alone). The structure is very robust and the black finish is superb. The bounce is excellent and the protective pads are quite thick, both for an adult and for my children aged 9 and 7. A small plus, certainly due to the stability of the trampoline, it is very quiet. Only point to improve: the size of the zipper of the net which is too small. I recommend this trampoline.

Very good service by phone but regarding the ordered net, I still can't find the door assembly (zip closure) very suitable. The bottom of the opening is 10cm too high and it would be much more practical to have a horizontal opening like for a tent.

Compliant with the order and delivery time as well. Too bad that all the spare parts of a trampoline we are replacing are more expensive than a new trampoline.

Significantly more valuable than expected, especially the steel cable and the trolley. I would recommend it to friends and buy it again anytime. We took the XXL version, even though we only have about 40m of track, better to have a few meters in reserve in case the track moves.

Very good product, quality materials and solid design, nothing to compare with the products found in large sports stores or online at unbeatable prices but with a quality and safety that leaves much to be desired. Assembling the trampoline is a bit long but it's worth it! I do not regret it, and if I had to do it again I would buy again with my eyes closed from France Trampoline!

I would not order there a second time! Wrong advice! Poor customer service! I consulted the company by phone because I was unsure about the size of the hammock for the climbing dome. I then ordered the recommended size... unfortunately it was (as almost expected) too large, so it always touches the ground! After contacting customer service, I was told that I could place a new order and return the wrong one - all with high shipping costs at my expense. No apology or goodwill for the company's wrong advice. NEVER AGAIN!
