Very good service by phone but regarding the ordered net, I still can't find the door assembly (zip closure) very suitable. The bottom of the opening is 10cm too high and it would be much more practical to have a horizontal opening like for a tent.

Significantly more valuable than expected, especially the steel cable and the trolley. I would recommend it to friends and buy it again anytime. We took the XXL version, even though we only have about 40m of track, better to have a few meters in reserve in case the track moves.

Very good product, quality materials and solid design, nothing to compare with the products found in large sports stores or online at unbeatable prices but with a quality and safety that leaves much to be desired. Assembling the trampoline is a bit long but it's worth it! I do not regret it, and if I had to do it again I would buy again with my eyes closed from France Trampoline!

Second purchase of net, the opening of this one is not very suitable for children as they cling to it because the passage is narrow for entering inside, risking tearing at any moment, this has already happened with the first one.
