An order placed on Monday evening will therefore be prepared by Wednesday at the latest. Your parcel left our premises on Wednesday, which means it left on time. Add to this the 48-hour delivery time for Colissimo, and your parcel was available on Friday :) For faster delivery, don't hesitate to opt for Chrono delivery, or contact us if you need to. My last order of almost exclusively CONVAR "Emergency food" products arrived very damaged. Every other box is crushed. - the outer packaging is impeccable: sturdy cardboard without a single dent. - your inner packaging is neat: plenty of bubble wrap. In my opinion, the problem lies in the fragility of the box itself: the sheet metal is far too thin... It seems that the boxes were damaged during transport. Best regards olivier Weyer

The delivery of my parcel was extremely fast, order placed the evening at 21h, parcel sent the next morning at 9h! It was afterwards that things got complicated, the post office took 7 days to pick up my parcel, which could not be delivered to the relay for some unknown reason, then finally two days later it was there, but the relay was closed. Next time I'll pay for express delivery to be sure of getting my parcel on time and do justice to the work done by the site.

The site's ergonomics are very good and easy to use. The packs are really well designed. Perhaps the ability to modify the packs, or use them as a basis for an order, would be even better. The only real negative point is the lack of choice of serious carriers. We only have colissimo and chronopost, the worst on the market in terms of meeting deadlines.
