Always satisfied with the service, the delivery care and the website, which is quite clear. The only "reproach" I would make is the notice on the products which is requested much too early. I was quite disappointed with a dried meat and I couldn't give a proper comment because I ate it a few months after ordering and the request was closed.

We recommend using it with good fuel to start your fire (birch bark, resin, tinder, etc.). If you don't have any with you, we recommend using tindersticks. We hope we've been able to help!

An order placed on Monday evening will therefore be prepared by Wednesday at the latest. Your parcel left our premises on Wednesday, which means it left on time. My last order of almost exclusively CONVAR "Emergency food" products arrived very damaged. Every other box is crushed. - the outer packaging is impeccable: sturdy cardboard without a single dent. - your inner packaging is neat: plenty of bubble wrap. In my opinion, the problem lies in the fragility of the box itself: the sheet metal is far too thin... It seems that the boxes were damaged during transport. Best regards olivier Weyer
