My order included a sachet of perronin. Unfortunately, the sachet was at the very bottom of the box. As a result, the pressure of other things during transport or packaging caused the bag to open. If you touch the bag where the fastener is, you can feel that it's open. I haven't yet cut the first part marked tear to open. That's where it's open. Just a centimetre long. But that's enough for the powder to come out when I handle the bag. I think this incident can happen to you again if there's too much pressure on one or more pouches. For example, if the package falls when being transported on the various conveyors. If not, everything else is fine.

I really appreciate the choice of products, the quality of the food, and the customer service. The negative point comes from the fact of using the same photos and same text to describe 2 products of the same range but different nevertheless (ex: Esbit pocket stove) because in the end I had to buy the 2 following this problem.

The self-heating system works well although it can be a bit dangerous if you do it wrong, as it heats up all at once and you can burn yourself. The taste of the food will depend on taste. The Fusilli al Pesto one tastes pretty bad and is very runny. The Bolognese one has a decent flavor, although nothing to do with the real thing, of course. It is what it is for.

On September 21 I made an inquiry which was never answered. I could not choose how to pick up the order in store, since it was impossible for me to enter my phone number in the form on the website. I had to choose to have the package sent to my home address and to make matters worse, they were not able to put the delivery address correctly, which meant that Seur was still unable to deliver the package to me on the 29th, having to delay an outing to the mountains that I had planned. I had to be the one to change the wrong address set by Liofilizado so that Seur could deliver the package to me.

The choice of products and customer service is top notch. I would have liked an e-mail to warn me of the waiting time due to lack of stock. I had to ask them myself why after 3 weeks my order had still not been dispatched. they explained to me that there was a restocking problem with their supplier and offered to send me my order partially, or to wait or to be reimbursed for the missing item. it was great, i would have given them 5/5 if they had contacted me earlier to let me know :)
