It turns out that the order arrived at the parcel shop days ago and I have not received any confirmation by e-mail neither of the shipment nor that I had picked it up. I saw it when I went to my web space to "order tracking".

Good morning, An email was sent on 01/27 with the tracking number of the package. Maybe in your undesirable mail ? The carrier should also send a message but it does not work well with a foreign number. Sorry for the problem - you can go to the store until next Wednesday to get your package back. On the picture it looks like a normal knife when you receive it sais a keychain! At 25 euro it's expensive the keychain I do not recommend to anyone!!!!

The products certainly have their good points (caloric/energetic), but the taste varies between 50% good, 30% edible and 20% disgusting. Thanks all the same for these product suggestions (choice of a vegetarian parcel for several days).

That being said, this can be explained by the fact that with the confinement, some relay points are saturated and refuse parcels because they lack space. Very good variety of choices and very complete. Very professional, they do everything to help us and respond quickly. The only downside is the ordering process on their website. When I'm abroad and want to have my order delivered to a French address, the site always puts a relay point nearby and not the address. Otherwise I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate.
