The customer service is impossible for me to evaluate in the sense that I did not have to solicit it I note it average so that it improves By itself. As for the merchandise, it arrived a little damaged, whereas the shipping package was not. I still recommend your site. Sincerely

Just a little disappointed by the quality of the food inside the rations. Round tins when the stove is designed to be rectangular. Basic supermarket food, full of preservatives and so on. Far from the quality of a real military ration. On the other hand, the isotonic lemon drinks are really good.

new product (water filter), the box was not sealed in the carton. the plastic packaging was cut with scissors. why, that leaves something to be desired for this type of product. it's unacceptable. manufactured products arrive in sealed packaging normally, I don't see why the seller violates this packaging which is basically a guarantee for the consumer.
