Thank you for your feedback. On our side, everything was taken care of. Your granola cherry chocolate mousse Fuel was out of stock, so we switched to the Summit to Eat brand, which is from the same manufacturer and produces exactly the same granola cherry chocolate mousse recipe. While the latter was 60 cts cheaper (a credit note was issued for a future order), you gained in the exchange because the recipe is heavier than FUEL's, and the two brands were not initially intended for the same audiences (one for storage, the other for outdoor activities). In any case, my colleagues are in the process of refunding your credit and we hope to have cleared up any doubts about our order management. The Lyo Team

Nothing to say about the site, just that chronopost delivered to a relay point (which closed early), without going through the address given for delivery. When you want your lyophys before you go on vacation, it's annoying (allow 1 week for it to arrive).

My 1st order was "confusing" as the addresses on the labelling were reversed and my parcel was delivered 50 km away to someone whose parcel I received. We were lucky that the address on the bottom label was correct and that I was able to contact the person and proceed with the exchange/return. The commercial gesture on the other hand was up to the mark for my 2nd order (points, reduction and elimination of delivery charges). Another point: the freeze-dried products are of high quality.

Although home delivery is interesting, the opening hours of most shops make it easier to pick up a parcel, and can be less inconvenient than being at home in the case of large parcels.
