The choice of products and customer service is top notch. I would have liked an e-mail to warn me of the waiting time due to lack of stock. I had to ask them myself why after 3 weeks my order had still not been dispatched. they explained to me that there was a restocking problem with their supplier and offered to send me my order partially, or to wait or to be reimbursed for the missing item. it was great, i would have given them 5/5 if they had contacted me earlier to let me know :)

I like the store for its variety of products, fast shipping and reasonable prices, especially with regard to shipping costs. I received the goods for this order on time, but the four cans of freeze-dried product were damaged, two of them with significant bumps and deformations. These damages could hardly have been caused by the transport, as the can of freeze-dried product was damaged.

Thank you for your feedback. We ship within 48 hours, and depending on the carrier chosen, in this case La Poste, you should allow 48 hours for delivery. You experienced 2 delays, one in shipping and one in delivery... First of all, we don't dispatch orders at weekends. Even so, your order should have left our premises on the evening of the 27th, but faced with an influx of orders, we had to process orders and emergencies in order of arrival. As for delivery, we're delighted that you received your parcel today, as the tracking on the Post Office's website seems to be a bit tricky! In any case, thank you for your understanding. There are lots of freeze-dried dishes to choose from. There used to be a "natural compositions" section or something like that. Because I avoid preparations with preservatives and other products. Also, you can't save a list of items you usually buy. Except for the order history, but you have to click on each product.

We're not sure which product category you're disappointed with, but considering your order, we think it's freeze-dried :) We currently have just over 400 recipes and kits in stock but we could indeed have a few more...Due to brexit, we're experiencing supply delays on English brands, with strict customs controls impacting lead times as well as companies finding themselves in an administrative headache. Hello, We ordered several meals of different brands that we have not yet used, except for one. Everything was well packaged with an invoice summarizing the order, and the box was open as it was picked up on the spot. I was looking for food bars for a long trail run. The Lyophilise & Co website offers a very wide range in this field. That's great, but it leads to a headache when it comes to choosing what's best for you. In fact, there's no tool to help you choose, and you're forced to painstakingly read the description of each product... in short, unrealistic, which leads to a choice more akin to poker!
