Thanks to the trustedshop guarantee I got my money back, as I didn't get my order, a pity really.... I think that in this aspect the shipping issue should be improved, as I find the store very interesting and I would like to be able to place orders later. If they do not improve this I will have to look for another store that guarantees me the same products and a perfect shipment to my country.

We recommend that you fill the bowl as full as possible, so as to minimize air entrapment. If the volume of your meal does not exceed half that of your food box, you can use the second container to fill the void. It's also important to add hot water about ten minutes before putting in your meal. The meal must also be very hot when you pour it into the can. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
