The products certainly have their good points (caloric/energetic), but the taste varies between 50% good, 30% edible and 20% disgusting. Thanks all the same for these product suggestions (choice of a vegetarian parcel for several days).

Very good variety of choices and very complete. Very professional, they do everything to help us and respond quickly. The only downside is the ordering process on their website. When I'm abroad and want to have my order delivered to a French address, the site always puts a relay point nearby and not the address. Otherwise I highly recommend it. Don't hesitate.

In its defense, this can be explained by the shipping costs, as it is set up for the least expensive solution in terms of delivery costs in France. I am very unhappy with the delivery time, which I paid a very high price of 9.43 euros for delivery within 24 hours. Order placed on Wednesday and delivered the following Monday. Unacceptable

A little disappointed with the cans inside, there's only one lid for 2 cans, it would have been better if we could have used the 2 separately. And we chose 1L, thinking that the can would have a capacity of 1L, but in fact it's only 700ml and the little can that fits inside takes up the rest of the space and can't be used separately. A pity, because it's a good article

Hello, thank you for your feedback. It's true that the Valira food box you bought is a good product. It has a capacity of 1 liter and as indicated on the product sheet, it comes with 2 other containers that will slide inside (one of 0.7l and one of 0.3l, so in fact there won't be any space left if you use the 2 containers). Logically, the canister inserted first will receive the lid, then you can place the second canister, which will benefit from the lid of the food canister. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service department if you don't want the item. The Lyophilise & Co team is at your disposal.

The speed of reception. On the other hand, I can't give my opinion on the lyo dishes, I haven't tasted them. On the next page, you should put a box: no opinion. If I haven't dealt with customer service, if I haven't tasted the dishes, how can I rate them?

It's a very simple process: add the water indicated on each sachet, stir and wait the time indicated before tasting. Fast and careful delivery, products arrived well, but the freeze-dried meal pack costs more than if you buy it separately, and not just a little. I hadn't paid much attention to that and I'm very disappointed.

This is not yet the case for delivery to Belgium, where the Colissimo rate of 8.95 applies.
