Ration very good but my order is missing water purification tablets and it would be nice to add energy bars.

I would have liked a little more support in dealing with the inconvenience of the delivery error. Refunding delivery costs is a basic requirement. A commercial gesture would have been appreciated - it goes beyond a simple refund.

Thank you for your confidence. Concerning the preparation of the eggs, the quantity of water to add depends on the consistency you wish to obtain (scrambled eggs, pancake batter, cake ...). One egg is equal to 13 g of powder, so you need 3 tablespoons of water for one tablespoon of powdered egg. Sébastien from the Lyo team

Everything is as ordered. Quality products and impeccable service at Lyophilise. The only negative point is the delivery, I had asked for a 24h delivery, and received my parcel in 48h (it's not Lyophilise's fault). Chronopost "screwed up" at one point.
