2 purchasing experiences with them, the first in May which went perfectly: shipped 48 hours after purchase. The 2nd in July, right in the middle of their move. Although it wasn't shipped in 48 hours, after contacting their sales department, they were able to arrange for my order to arrive in time for my hike.

Order received yesterday. Made for survival bag. Disappointed to see a Gourmiz coconut cereal bar expired on 7/25/23. Especially with large order. I don't see how I can put it in a survival bag .

FD&Co provides a huge variety of products and an amazing one stop shop for all things outdooor, particularly food. The site layout is amazing and the and the information is displayed is super helpful (although some of the filters when choosing products were not working). However the stocks were not up to date and they did not have a series of products that I ordered, which not only changed the order but also delayed the delivery which was not in the indicated timeframe. This said they were super helpful and quick to respond in the support channels, and after that shipped the revised order quickly.

After a week I still haven't received the package and the store is not responding to my messages UPDATE: After consulting with customer service, they managed to send me all the products requested, and they also gave me some gift in the package. It would have been nice to receive an email a little earlier warning that the order is delayed.

The telephone service is top-notch. If you have a problem, they make it easy for you to contact them. The products are of high quality and the price is much lower than other sites. Thank you

A wide choice of products fast delivery and reasonable prices

I will only comment on the order I placed, i.e. the freeze-dried food: lots of choice, varied dishes (plus: possibility of filtering according to the type of meal and the vegetarian dishes option) and less expensive than in some stores like D4! Fast delivery, on time as expected even though I'm abroad. Thank you so much!
