My 1st order was "confusing" as the addresses on the labelling were reversed and my parcel was delivered 50 km away to someone whose parcel I received. We were lucky that the address on the bottom label was correct and that I was able to contact the person and proceed with the exchange/return. The commercial gesture on the other hand was up to the mark for my 2nd order (points, reduction and elimination of delivery charges). Another point: the freeze-dried products are of high quality.

Already, I really like the products that Lyophilise & Co offers, with a very varied and complete range, but on top of that, they have a very good relationship with the customer, quick responses, fast shipping.
