Second order on the site, always top! Although the colissimo tracking was missed by the post office... In the end, the parcel was delivered to the relay point on time. After 1 call to find out where things stood, a person answered without waiting. Very understanding person, who gave me answers within 10 minutes of our telephone conversation.
