I had ordered an anti-mosquito spray via Chronopost and was leaving on a trip 72 hours later. Chronopost did not deliver to the requested post office near my home. When I arrived at the new post office, a notice directed me to a 3rd post office, which turned out to be closed for the weekend! So I left without my mosquito repellent. Lyophilisé &cie spontaneously offered to refund my money. Thanks a lot!
