Just perfect!
Second order on the site, always top! Although the colissimo tracking was missed by the post office... In the end, the parcel was delivered to the relay point on time. After 1 call to find out where things stood, a person answered without waiting. Very understanding person, who gave me answers within 10 minutes of our telephone conversation. Parcel in good condition, clean packaging, with stuffing to prevent deterioration. Perfect user experience

Fast shipping.
As I had no news of my order 3 days after placing it, I contacted customer service who told me that one of the items was missing to finalize the shipment. I was immediately offered to choose a replacement dish, making it clear that the difference in price would be charged to them. The shipping method was also changed at no extra cost to make up for the delay, and I received my parcel the next day with a free cereal bar. What more could you ask for!

Fast and compliant
The products ordered were as requested and the flavour was delicious! On the other hand, the delivery time of 24 to 48 hours was not respected by the delivery service. Fortunately, we received the products one day before our Trek departure.

Nothing to say about the site, just that chronopost delivered to a relay point (which closed early), without going through the address given for delivery. When you want your lyophys before you go on vacation, it's annoying (allow 1 week for it to arrive).
I've been buying from Lyophilise & Co for several years. Mainly freeze-dried meals for my bivouacs. I appreciate the wide variety of choices, the speed of shipment, and the fact that they help me discover new products.
