Once in a while, one of the products in my order arrived damaged, despite careful packaging. I called customer service, who immediately offered to replace it. I ordered freeze-dried food for 6 people for 5 (estimated duration of an ocean race). A balanced suggestion in terms of calories would have been nice. Otherwise, the sute is really well done.
