Having placed several orders with Lyophilise.fr, I can only recommend them. I did have one of my orders with faulty products. The team was very quick to react (following a phone call) and sent me back functional products of the brand I had bought and of a competing brand (in case the problem reoccurs). Hello, We ordered several meals of different brands that we have not yet used, except for one. Everything was well packaged with an invoice summarizing the order, and the box was open as it was picked up on the spot. When it came time to put the bags away, a bag of Aventure Food pasta, cheese and mushrooms was damaged by a: "cutter stroke"? We ate it quickly and it was good. Sincerely

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The brand's recipes are presented flat in the box, so when you cut the tape (despite a warning from the brand), the bag on top is more likely to be cut.
