Hello, thank you for your feedback. The Katadyn bread tins have a shelf life of up to 15 years, and you should have received the certificate with your last order, which obviously was not the case. My colleagues will e-mail it to you today. On these long-life products, we have a high turnover of stock. For your information, the DLUO marked on the tins is 2 years, as this is the regulation in Germany, where this bread is sold in supermarkets.
