Plenty of choice on the site, both freeze-dried and sterilized. The Dosen Bistro pack is perfect, with an evacuation bag for 7 days of autonomy and practical with the suitcase. As I live opposite a nuclear power station, I won't have to wait for the emergency services, which will be overwhelmed. Very fast and well packed!
