We're not sure which product category you're disappointed with, but considering your order, we think it's freeze-dried 🙂 We currently have just over 400 recipes and kits in stock but we could indeed have a few more...Due to brexit, we're experiencing supply delays on English brands, with strict customs controls impacting lead times as well as companies finding themselves in an administrative headache. Let's hope that, after a few cups of tea, things will soon be back to normal. In any case, thank you for your feedback, and we hope we've provided you with some information. The Lyo team
