A gift is slipped into the parcel. This object is useless or even ridiculous. No doubt there are other small, inexpensive and useful items you could offer.
Fast, trouble-free delivery within 24 hours and very well packaged product.
We bought this product from you, but the food is lukewarm after 4 hours. Under the lid of the thermo, there is no seal at the base, as we don't have one.

Despatch from business was within 24 hours, accompanied by advice note and tracking number. Items were well packaged, with eco friendly paper wrap, and all arrived perfectly intact. There was a delay, but I am ignoring that because a) it was due to LaPoste, b) we are in the middle of a pandemic so allowances must be made, c) the team members were all pleasant and responsive when I contacted them, even offering to send a new package if delay went much longer. I look forward to shopping with them again for next camping trip, when that becomes possible. Merci à tous!
