The jerky (turkey and beef) was very good and makes a nice snack. The dried apples were also very good. The freeze-dried meals are generally good, some more than others, but that depends on individual tastes.

I'm a mountain leader and I'm pretty demanding when it comes to the food I offer my clients. Following an injury this year, I had to review the weight of my backpacks and turned to freeze-dried food (even if I had difficulty and a few prejudices...).
