I'm a mountain leader and I'm pretty demanding when it comes to the food I offer my clients. Following an injury this year, I had to review the weight of my backpacks and turned to freeze-dried food (even if I had difficulty and a few prejudices...). After several bivouacs lasting several days in the mountains, my customers and I unanimously agree. The products offered by "lyophilisé & Co" are EXCELLENT! The choice of products and customer service is top notch. I would have liked an e-mail to warn me of the waiting time due to lack of stock. I had to ask them myself why after 3 weeks my order had still not been dispatched. they explained to me that there was a restocking problem with their supplier and offered to send me my order partially, or to wait or to be reimbursed for the missing item. it was great, i would have given them 5/5 if they had contacted me earlier to let me know 🙂
