Hello, perhaps you could increase the stock a little to have a little less out-of-stock products, especially on the best sellers.
I was shocked to find the 2 flat packs of smell proof bags in a huge cardboard box, 85% full of air-filled bags.... all that plastic and cardboard instead of receiving the goods in an average padded envelope.

Perfect experience with Lyophilise! Just a few problems with Chronopost and the relai colis which refused my parcel due to lack of space. Lyophilise customer service followed up and returned the parcel to a collection point.
