I've ordered a lot of freeze-dried products to test them before big hikes, and I've never been disappointed. The quality is there, and there's also a great technical advice service when you need it.

The packaging is very well done, the product is excellent, but I'll have to wait several years to see how it holds up over time (shelf life 25 years). Quality customer service, quick response to emails, however the only downside is that delivery times are too long due to stock-outs. At present, my "one month" pack has been delivered incomplete, and I've been waiting for the remainder for at least three weeks. Efforts must be made in this direction to offer complete delivery within reasonable timescales.
