Order processed a day late, but the Lyophilisé team did everything possible with the carrier to ensure a morning delivery. Chronopost delivered in the morning. The parcel was impeccable, as it always is, and the items were in order. Mail-order sites with REAL after-sales service are becoming rare! And Lyophilisé is one of my favorite references! A more than perfect site!

Well packaged and carefully completed. However, it arrived completely covered with thick black scratches of dirt on the 2 large sides, and erasures on the label which covered the label and made it difficult for the relay to scan.

I expected to receive One gum in the old packaging and I received it in the new one. I found it cheaper than on the Father site. It's a bargain. Delivery was fast, which is cool!!! Check prices again. The more you take, the cheaper it is per pack of 10.
