Fast, reliable delivery

Delivery problem linked to the closure of the relay point due to covid-19, customer service was extremely reactive and found my parcel at the sorting center so that I could collect it.

It's perfect... responsive... and communicative

I like the wide variety of products they have and their logistics capacity, which gives me the security of knowing that their shipments have very long best-before or best-before dates. I also like their friendliness when I ask them about something. I wish the shipping costs were somewhat cheaper.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to taste their products as there was an incident, but I can testify to their seriousness and consideration for their customers. I intend to buy from them again, as I really appreciate their professionalism. Very good service

I do not know if it can be done, but in packs of several days, to be able to change some product of the pack, for others, since there is some brand that I have tried and I have not liked so much.

As usual, an incredible quality of service, a kindness rarely had on the phone when there is a request to make, products as top each other!

Most of the dishes are really good, I find the prices high, it's expensive per meal especially since the quantities are not extravagant like the 350 grams of some bags, otherwise very good sign ++++++++
