Thank you for your confidence. Concerning the preparation of the eggs, the quantity of water to add depends on the consistency you wish to obtain (scrambled eggs, pancake batter, cake ...). The only negative point is the delivery, I had asked for a 24h delivery, and received my parcel in 48h (it's not Lyophilise's fault). Chronopost "screwed up" at one point. I had no explanation on the subject despite my request for information sent to their service. Lame post office
