Order processed a day late, but the Lyophilisé team did everything possible with the carrier to ensure a morning delivery. Chronopost delivered in the morning. The parcel was impeccable, as it always is, and the items were in order. Mail-order sites with REAL after-sales service are becoming rare! And Lyophilisé is one of my favorite references! A more than perfect site!

Well packaged and carefully completed. However, it arrived completely covered with thick black scratches of dirt on the 2 large sides, and erasures on the label which covered the label and made it difficult for the relay to scan.
The site is clear, efficient and very relevant in its suggestions. The products on offer are of excellent quality, and the delivery service is top-notch. RAS... Keep up the good work!
