Delivery received on time, the only problem was that one of the water sachets had a tiny hole in it when it arrived, which I didn't see until after I'd received and opened the package. Mail to customer service, very responsive and very professional problem solved within an hour. I'm very satisfied with their service, having already placed several orders with Lyo and Co the other orders were top notch.

This is my second or third order from Lyophilisé & Co. I'm totally satisfied: the delivery conforms to the order both in terms of content and delivery time, and customer service was available and competent in relation to my need to modify certain parameters of the order to speed up delivery.

I've never used freeze-dried products before. On the occasion of my independent crossing of the Pyrenees, knowing nothing about it, I chose 2 gr20 packs containing lunches, meals, dried fruit energy bars and dried meat. The products were excellent, varied and provided the necessary calories, enabling me to successfully complete my project without hunger or fatigue. Thank you
