Same-day shipping is just ridiculous: if the order is placed after 1 p.m., you have to wait until the next day or even the day after that, in the middle of the afternoon. Frankly, there's no point in being in a hurry, you might as well go elsewhere.
None of the orders placed have arrived on the proposed day, in fact one of them arrived 3 days later. As for the products, they are very good both in quality and taste.
They do not respond to messages or questions. Ils n'ont pas répondent aux demandes envoyées. Satisfait par produit et expédition rapide.
The order takes a long time
The parcel was supposed to be delivered (as usual) to the pickup point 2 minutes' walk from my house, but it was delivered to the next town, forcing me to take the car. I was faced with a fait accompli (it was mentioned that the initial relay was not available, but on the parcel it says that the change was at my request, which is not the case).
My last order of almost exclusively CONVAR "Emergency food" products arrived very damaged. Every other box is crushed. - the outer packaging is impeccable: sturdy cardboard without a single dent. - your inner packaging is neat: plenty of bubble wrap. In my opinion, the problem lies in the fragility of the box itself: the sheet metal is far too thin... It seems that the boxes were damaged during transport. Best regards olivier Weyer
Order placed on 28/06 with only one restocked product announced within two days. The amount has been debited from my account but my order is still waiting to be processed.

Package opened and torn, goods in good condition.
The delivery was missing a product. So a lack of vigilance in logistics? can do better.
I encountered problems when ordering (error message) but responsive customer service. Product diversity could be improved, especially since several products are sold out. I found little competition. I would probably have gone to decat but products sold out.
A product that was not in stock was exchanged for another of lesser value, without my having had the opportunity to choose, and I didn't notice the difference in value.
The prices are becoming exorbitant, and on top of that you have to pay the postage. I will not advertise. Thank you very much.
All products are noted as being in stock. No news for a week, only to receive a message saying that one of the products was out of stock and asking if I'd agree to an exchange. In short, not very responsive customer service overall, but if you're not in a hurry, it's OK.
The vacuum-packed survival rations arrived pierced, so they won't keep well. Better packaging would be much appreciated! Fast delivery though.
I've always given them 5 stars but this time I'm taking off: - 1 star because the choice of freeze-dried dishes was poor (few available); - 1 star because each freeze-dried dish cost almost 2 euros between my two orders (1 month); - 1 star because some freeze-dried dishes were out of stock in 09/2022, i.e. barely 4 months of potential. I'm really disappointed with this last order.

The Chronopost delivery of my order number 114036 arrived at another collection point far from the one requested. I can't pick it up. Can it be repatriated to St Genis Laval or Oullins? Thank you
I paid 14 euros for a small package and I think it is very expensive.

More information about the order pending shipment is missing. So you do not know if it is being prepared, has already been sent, expected time ect.

Almost everything I needed was out of stock and I find the prices quite high. Otherwise it's not bad 🙂
A lot of products are missing, I've been waiting a week for my order because I'm missing a product that was marked available.
Small packaging too expensive for non-organic
I placed 2 orders, one delivered within 48 hours and on the site my orders are still waiting to be sent. That's it for the 3 stars, otherwise the site is very good.
I am still waiting for my last order, it has not arrived and I have no information about it, since 2/27/22 and it is still waiting for shipment.

Products are shipped quickly, but many are out of stock.
Unfortunately I did not receive the coli. I have filed a complaint with the Belgian carrier Bpost. File: 1-39418525852.
There are communications from the carrier that are not in English, and also the information about when it was going to arrive was not clear, because the Chronopost link did not show you the pick up point.
