Having said that, if you're looking for organic powders, I invite you to have a look at Lyfood's Lyo Powders. I've included the link below. On September 21 I made an inquiry which was never answered. I could not choose how to pick up the order in store, since it was impossible for me to enter my phone number in the form on the website. I had to choose to have the package sent to my home address and to make matters worse, they were not able to put the delivery address correctly, which meant that Seur was still unable to deliver the package to me on the 29th, having to delay an outing to the mountains that I had planned. I had to be the one to change the wrong address set by Liofilizado so that Seur could deliver the package to me.

I received the goods for this order on time, but the four cans of freeze-dried product were damaged, two of them with significant bumps and deformations. These damages could hardly have been caused by the transport, as the can of freeze-dried product was damaged.

You experienced 2 delays, one in shipping and one in delivery... First of all, we don't dispatch orders at weekends. Even so, your order should have left our premises on the evening of the 27th, but faced with an influx of orders, we had to process orders and emergencies in order of arrival. Thank you for your feedback. For a postal order, it takes 4 days on weekdays. 2 for shipping and 2 for delivery. According to our back office, you ordered on Friday July 23 at 14:09. Our orders are prepared within 48 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Your order was therefore dispatched on Monday at the end of the day when the Post Office picked it up, and reached you on Wednesday. Delivery times were respected.
