I received an order (invoice 88695, customer 1163397) When I put water in the mx3 aligot bag, I noticed water leaking from the bottom (see attached photos). Please note that I am testing a few dishes, so the bag came out of the parcel post to be used directly in the kitchen. The percage was therefore in the parcel. Thanks to the trustedshop guarantee I got my money back, as I didn't get my order, a pity really.... I think that in this aspect the shipping issue should be improved, as I find the store very interesting and I would like to be able to place orders later. We recommend that you fill the bowl as full as possible, so as to minimize air entrapment. If the volume of your meal does not exceed half that of your food box, you can use the second container to fill the void. It has a capacity of 1 liter and as indicated on the product sheet, it comes with 2 other containers that will slide inside (one of 0.7l and one of 0.3l, so in fact there won't be any space left if you use the 2 containers). Logically, the canister inserted first will receive the lid, then you can place the second canister, which will benefit from the lid of the food canister. Disappointed, given the price of the products, I expected a higher quality than the products you can find in supermarkets much cheaper for example: too many additives, meat or fish dishes where there is almost no product, cooking meat or fish or cubes of cheese imperfect (remains too hard) even after 15Min of rehydration ... in short not convinced.
