Parcel not delivered to requested address but to post office
I am very unhappy with the delivery time, which I paid a very high price of 9.43 euros for delivery within 24 hours. Order placed on Wednesday and delivered the following Monday. Unacceptable
A little disappointed with the cans inside, there's only one lid for 2 cans, it would have been better if we could have used the 2 separately. And we chose 1L, thinking that the can would have a capacity of 1L, but in fact it's only 700ml and the little can that fits inside takes up the rest of the space and can't be used separately. A pity, because it's a good article

Fast and careful delivery, products arrived well, but the freeze-dried meal pack costs more than if you buy it separately, and not just a little. I hadn't paid much attention to that and I'm very disappointed.

Disappointed, given the price of the products, I expected a higher quality than the products you can find in supermarkets much cheaper for example: too many additives, meat or fish dishes where there is almost no product, cooking meat or fish or cubes of cheese imperfect (remains too hard) even after 15Min of rehydration ... in short not convinced.
Hello, I have received 6 boxes, but there is no protection in the cardboard box: as a result, two boxes are damaged (dents). Does this affect the expiration date of the product? Otherwise impeccable.

They have many very good products that are not available on other specialized sites. The payment on the website did not work because of some system error; I had to pay by bank transfer. I am a vegetarian and by mistake (I guess) they substituted one of the products that on the invoice was fine for a meal with pork....

Hello , I just received the parcel all stained by a stale meal pouch , there was too much weight on the pouch , a first a little frustrating
I didn't like the fact that the only way of payment was by bank transfer because I don't have paypal. It is uncomfortable to have to make an international transfer having the possibility to pay by credit card.
Quality of food.
Transport is normally supposed to take between 3 and 4 working days. As a result, my parcel is still in France and doesn't seem to have left. I had to order freeze-dried food from another site to get it in time.

I would have liked a little more support in dealing with the inconvenience of the delivery error. Refunding delivery costs is a basic requirement. A commercial gesture would have been appreciated - it goes beyond a simple refund.
