I like the store for its variety of products, fast shipping and reasonable prices, especially with regard to shipping costs. I received the goods for this order on time, but the four cans of freeze-dried product were damaged, two of them with significant bumps and deformations. These damages could hardly have been caused by the transport, as the can of freeze-dried product was damaged.
I was disappointed by the packaging, in fact I ordered cookies that arrived all broken. Too bad they weren't packaged better.

I was offered (so I paid) a colissimo delivery on a friday in the early afternoon. but as the order is only processed from monday, I received it on wednesday, so after my departure on Bivouac. so I'll keep my meals for my next Bivouac.

Hello The wait for my colissimo seemed too long. I was supposed to wait 24 hours and we waited 48 hours before receiving it.
Product still not received. I hope to have it by June 30th. Very, very late. Not cool......

Very disappointed; products ordered promised a long or even very long shelf life, whereas the products received spent the longest time in your stocks.
The dishes are not particularly succulent. The lemon dessert is far too sweet (although I'm a big fan of sugar). The chocolate mousse is good, but should be called a chocolate dessert, as in my opinion it's not a mousse. In short, the quality/price ratio is not entirely satisfactory.
Survival gear and impeccable delivery time - nothing to say. On the other hand, I was very disappointed by the little solar-powered, dynamo-charged survival radio... the same radio is 20 euros cheaper on Pearl. As for the quality of the item, it's mediocre (antenna too short range, picks up almost no stations, rather mediocre sound, not to mention the fact that there's no automatic station search... everything's manual and the joysticks/search wheels are hyper-sensitive... frankly, I'm disappointed with this item, which I'd rate 2/5. They need to improve the antenna, sound quality, add an automatic search option and ideally add at least one USB port. Too disappointed with this item given its high price (50 at Lyophilise and 30 at Pearl) and above all its poor operating quality.
I received an order (invoice 88695, customer 1163397) When I put water in the mx3 aligot bag, I noticed water leaking from the bottom (see attached photos). Please note that I am testing a few dishes, so the bag came out of the parcel post to be used directly in the kitchen. The percage was therefore in the parcel. Thank you for your feedback on this subject.
Shipping time not respected
A little expensive for recipes that aren't all calorie-dense. Otherwise, the taste is very good.
Lots of choice on products, but unfortunately a product ordered that was not in stock was replaced by a product from the same range but without taking the customer's opinion into account.
Unfortunately, my chili con carne had a hole in it, so I had to put it in the garbage can and clean up the sauce on all the others...
We liked the minced meat and the concept is great. On the other hand, the beef rice was much too salty, but we know that salt is necessary for preservation...

We find that the dishes always taste the same.
On the picture it looks like a normal knife when you receive it sais a keychain! At 25 euro it's expensive the keychain I do not recommend to anyone!!!!
Thanks to the trustedshop guarantee I got my money back, as I didn't get my order, a pity really.... I think that in this aspect the shipping issue should be improved, as I find the store very interesting and I would like to be able to place orders later. If they do not improve this I will have to look for another store that guarantees me the same products and a perfect shipment to my country.

We bought this product from you, but the food is lukewarm after 4 hours. Under the lid of the thermo, there is no seal at the base, as we don't have one.

I am very unhappy with the delivery time, which I paid a very high price of 9.43 euros for delivery within 24 hours. Order placed on Wednesday and delivered the following Monday. Unacceptable
A little disappointed with the cans inside, there's only one lid for 2 cans, it would have been better if we could have used the 2 separately. And we chose 1L, thinking that the can would have a capacity of 1L, but in fact it's only 700ml and the little can that fits inside takes up the rest of the space and can't be used separately. A pity, because it's a good article

Fast and careful delivery, products arrived well, but the freeze-dried meal pack costs more than if you buy it separately, and not just a little. I hadn't paid much attention to that and I'm very disappointed.

Disappointed, given the price of the products, I expected a higher quality than the products you can find in supermarkets much cheaper for example: too many additives, meat or fish dishes where there is almost no product, cooking meat or fish or cubes of cheese imperfect (remains too hard) even after 15Min of rehydration ... in short not convinced.
