I've been ordering from Lyophilisé and co for over 10 years now, and the choice, quality and delivery are always top-notch, but above all, the customer service remains as efficacious and personal as ever, despite my busy life. Whatever the question (allergies, delivery times, dates etc...), they are always available and the answer is always pertinent.

Choice and quality of products. Still to be tested in use (light equipment for food preparation), which I hope will be the case as it's not included in the "entry price".

Made an order from Lithuania. Shipping was on time and everything came with no problems.

As always, preparation delivered on time and packaged with care. I had to deal a few weeks ago with the after-sales service: only available and friendly people on the phone: in short, a truly irreproachable site, to be highly recommended laurent

Very good for the ultra pack, but there is one small downside: one of the Jerky bufs I was given did not match the one on the schedule for day four.
