All is well A little expensive?
Delivery is always on time, and the choice of freeze-dried products is relatively wide. Unfortunately, prices have risen slightly or quantities have decreased, but that's just part of doing business. But "Lyophilisé & Co" remains my favorite @. Thanks to the team.
This is the second time I've ordered products for my hikes and bivouacs from this site, and I've never been disappointed: they have a wide range of products, so there's plenty of choice, as well as being able to cater for different diets (vegan, non-gluten, etc.). Information is clear and well-explained, particularly on delivery times (especially at the moment, when they're announcing longer delivery times due to a move), as well as offering different delivery options. On a more personal note, I had a project that didn't go ahead, and having placed an order, I asked for it to be cancelled. Unfortunately, the order and delivery went ahead anyway. I then had a courteous and pleasant contact with an employee M. who offered to send me a return slip + refund straight away. As the order was received, I decided to keep it for future projects. In short, reliable, relevant and fast, I recommend!
