Non-existent customer service and after-sales. Wrong order sent. FedEx is asking me to pay taxes which was not clear at all at the time of sale. Only bad surprises.

I ordered on the site but there is no home delivery... I have to go to the store to pick up my package...

I didn’t receive my package, it bounced back from delivery and no update received for almost a week!

The swimsuits are beautiful but I really regret the misleading advertising with the presentation of the product in a very nice box that actually doesn't exist!! So, disappointment upon receiving the items even though the shorts are really nice.

There is a missing topstitch at the neckline of the swimsuit and around the entire edge. As a result, the lining protrudes from the initial fabric. It is not elegant. Given the price of the swimsuit, it requires more structure. The fabric is nice.

Very poorly built website. Everything to sell and they hide everything that allows for exchanges or refunds.

Sizes are too small, reimbursement is not 100% after returning goods (new conditions with label)

I placed an order on July 16, 2025. Today is July 29, 2025, and I have no news regarding the preparation and delivery of my item. Lack of seriousness considering the prices of the products.

Customer service not up to par. No tax refund, no product return when ordering on the website. Really very disappointed.

Products too small and not my size

Purchase and delivery very fast, super beautiful and very comfortable swimsuit, however I thought that with every purchase, a pouch to store the wet one was included and I didn't receive one... it's a shame considering the price of the swimsuit

The swimsuit has arrived but the inner panty has been put on backwards - I will therefore have to take it to a seamstress to correct this flaw. Incomprehensible to me.

Chronopost delivered my package to another city, it's outrageous to pay for a shipment and take 1 hour to get your package 72 hours before Father's Day knowing that the delivery was delayed and that there were other pickup points available in my village!

A rather unwelcoming reception at the agency... to make us pay for having purchased online? Too bad

Love the brand and the swimwear but the delivery process is completely unreliable. Disappointing!

The ordered size was XS and I was delivered in XL.

Change of pickup point change of pickup point without warning or offering another choice!! So it was me who managed this constraint.

A small box is missing to store the swimsuit and make it a gift.

In the size guide for women's one-piece swimsuits, you recommend for a woman of 168 cm with a B cup, size 36. That's 3x too small. A size 40/42 would be needed. To be reviewed.

Package opened before I picked it up...

I don't want to speak in general, but regarding large sizes, avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a 4XL swimsuit and frankly it's barely an XL, I compared it with several other brands, no comparison.

The delivery tracking is very approximate once the package is shipped. 24 hours for preparation and shipping in store then nothing computerized even for receipt.

I still haven't received my order.

Avoid, they are thieves and scammers. I bought a swimsuit for 125 euros embroidered (Daddy cool) for Father's Day. The size did not fit. I really had a hard time searching and finding the return procedure. It cost me money on one hand and on the other hand I received an email a few days later informing me that the item would be returned to me because embroidered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This is not specified anywhere on their site. I simulated a purchase of the swimsuit with embroidery option because I thought I might have missed the info, but it is not mentioned at any point in the procedure. Given the prices, I thought embroidered items could be exchanged. I am very disappointed. An honest company would not do this kind of thing or would inform their customers clearly and precisely.

No gift wrapping... for a Father's Day package it's a shame!

Very good quality swimsuits, also very well cut. The website is difficult to navigate from a mobile phone.

Order not delivered and no response from customer service.

Navigation on the page is not always clear. Using the back button on the phone loses the item that was just viewed and the user has to search everything again. However, the speed of execution and shipping compensates for this flaw. The beauty of the collection as well. It would also be good to offer models of more age ranges not necessarily coming out of a gym. This would allow for a better approach to D&I.

5* for the swimsuit, but only 3* for the packaging.

Super quality of swim shorts. I highly recommend.

I find that buying a women's swimsuit is not clear enough. I ended up buying the bottom twice and upon receipt, I bought the top.
