Very good

Beautiful site, easy navigation, however the colors of the photos do not always match reality. Horrible delivery but Gilis is not responsible. Mix-up with delivery error, package not delivered then very long wait.

Delivery a bit delayed but good contact to track the package and provide necessary information.

Pleasant site to browse, wide range of products, too bad the sizes stop at 3XL.

I am surprised that on the first day of sales, many sizes were already missing on the discounted products. Moreover, I find it unfortunate that for a swimsuit costing €110, delivery is charged, even to a pickup point... On the other hand, the packaging is perfect.

I don't want to speak in general, but regarding large sizes, avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a 4XL swimsuit and frankly it's barely an XL, I compared it with several other brands, no comparison.

Very good product and of very good quality with a caveat regarding the size. The swimsuit runs small compared to a similar size.

Avoid, they are thieves and scammers. I bought a swimsuit for 125 euros embroidered (Daddy cool) for Father's Day. The size did not fit. I really had a hard time searching and finding the return procedure. It cost me money on one hand and on the other hand I received an email a few days later informing me that the item would be returned to me because embroidered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This is not specified anywhere on their site. I simulated a purchase of the swimsuit with embroidery option because I thought I might have missed the info, but it is not mentioned at any point in the procedure. Given the prices, I thought embroidered items could be exchanged. I am very disappointed. An honest company would not do this kind of thing or would inform their customers clearly and precisely.

The size is normal. Light material, should dry quickly (haven't bathed with it yet). Chronopost delivery not fast.

Despite using the guide to find my size, upon receipt, the swim shorts were too big. I decided to return it because the model is a bit large, the return service is quick, but the refund is slow, taking between 14 and 30 days.

Site usage correct. Gift arrived well and appreciated.

Order not delivered and no response from customer service.

You mistakenly added a 'Sir Alex' swimsuit in navy blue in XL to my package when I did not order that. Unfortunately, I cannot return it since I am in Côte D'Ivoire and it's complicated from here. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with the order. Thank you.

The swimsuit is great. However, I paid for express delivery and it was delivered 24 hours late.

Terrible customer service. No way to contact them by phone, only by email with a 48-hour response time. I paid for a 24-hour delivery which was only received after 3 days. As I was leaving the location (hence the choice of 24-hour delivery), I couldn't receive my package. Disparaging response (by email) from Emma, customer service, who wanted to remind me that Gili did everything possible. I dream. Gili did nothing extraordinary except take my order and my money. The responsibility for the delay of your carrier is yours because the contract is with you. In any case, it is certainly not mine. Learn the meaning of the words 'customer service'.

Order placed on July 26, 2023. Still no order received on August 3, 2023... thank you Chronopost... end of vacation Saturday... What to do if the package is not picked up?

Very good products, victims of their success so often out of stock.

15 days after the order, no trace of the product and a customer service that is absent!!! Charged in 24 hours then nothing. Don't buy anything on this site, you will waste your time and money!!!

Very pleasant material except for one strap sewn the wrong way, it's a shame!

I sent several emails regarding the order delay, I received a response three days later... I paid for express delivery with no offer of reimbursement. 250€ for three swimsuits, I expected much better customer service.

I am very happy with the delivery and the product is of great quality. However, I had to return the 2 products because the size guide clearly misled me regarding the shirt and shorts.

Good quality, a modern and trendy style

Very very good finish and careful packaging. Responsive staff when contacted. The price remains quite high and I don't understand why the same size of embroidery is more expensive on two shorts of different sizes (10 and 15 euros). In principle, I find this petty. But the embroidery of the name looks very good.
