Sizes are too small, reimbursement is not 100% after returning goods (new conditions with label)
I placed an order on July 16, 2025. Today is July 29, 2025, and I have no news regarding the preparation and delivery of my item. Lack of seriousness considering the prices of the products.

The swimsuit has arrived but the inner panty has been put on backwards - I will therefore have to take it to a seamstress to correct this flaw. Incomprehensible to me.
Chronopost delivered my package to another city, it's outrageous to pay for a shipment and take 1 hour to get your package 72 hours before Father's Day knowing that the delivery was delayed and that there were other pickup points available in my village!
I don't like the shape of the swimsuit, it's too covering on the thighs.
Love the brand and the swimwear but the delivery process is completely unreliable. Disappointing!
The ordered size was XS and I was delivered in XL.
I don't want to speak in general, but regarding large sizes, avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a 4XL swimsuit and frankly it's barely an XL, I compared it with several other brands, no comparison.

Avoid, they are thieves and scammers. I bought a swimsuit for 125 euros embroidered (Daddy cool) for Father's Day. The size did not fit. I really had a hard time searching and finding the return procedure. It cost me money on one hand and on the other hand I received an email a few days later informing me that the item would be returned to me because embroidered items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This is not specified anywhere on their site. I simulated a purchase of the swimsuit with embroidery option because I thought I might have missed the info, but it is not mentioned at any point in the procedure. Given the prices, I thought embroidered items could be exchanged. I am very disappointed. An honest company would not do this kind of thing or would inform their customers clearly and precisely.

Terrible customer service. No way to contact them by phone, only by email with a 48-hour response time. I paid for a 24-hour delivery which was only received after 3 days. As I was leaving the location (hence the choice of 24-hour delivery), I couldn't receive my package. Disparaging response (by email) from Emma, customer service, who wanted to remind me that Gili did everything possible. I dream. Gili did nothing extraordinary except take my order and my money. The responsibility for the delay of your carrier is yours because the contract is with you. In any case, it is certainly not mine. Learn the meaning of the words 'customer service'.

15 days after the order, no trace of the product and a customer service that is absent!!! Charged in 24 hours then nothing. Don't buy anything on this site, you will waste your time and money!!!
I sent several emails regarding the order delay, I received a response three days later... I paid for express delivery with no offer of reimbursement. 250€ for three swimsuits, I expected much better customer service.
