I had a problem obtaining a discount code, even though it was advertised on a window that opened automatically. Fortunately, the customer service representative, Ms. i...., went out of her way to get it for me. But once obtained and marked for purchase the amount of discount was lower than the one advertised in the window and the discount decreased again when I went to the payment. Too bad this spoils the fun of the purchase a bit

Because of the strikes the delivery was very long and that's not their fault but the anxiety rising, I sent 2 emails that remained unanswered and several phone messages without response also except the last one where a person told me she was going to reform on the problem she had to contact me NOTHING!
