Delighted with the easy navigation of the site to find the product I was looking for. Fast order processing. Only downside: the Colissimo delivery time of 5 days instead of the 3 initially announced by the post office. Not to mention the fact that I had to drive 2 hours to pick up the parcel - delivery scheduled for Saturday morning at the latest - for the birthday D-Day... Undelivered parcel, very unpleasant welcome from the branch manager....and no visibility of where the parcel was!!!
