Hello, Nothing to say about the order taking, the shipping. However, I will have to use the warranty as the watch has a defect: the crown came off when I wanted to set the time..

I ordered a black strap. I was sent a blue strap. It is only on the invoice that it is black. What a disappointment when my husband opened his package on Valentine's Day. Plus, the box arrived full of dust. I am super disappointed.

Watch received. It is very beautiful but I haven't given it yet.
