Barely bought elastic of the bracelet broke disappointment

Very happy with the beautiful jewelry. But disappointed at the time of recovering them because it was to offer and they did not make me packing I left like that so a little disappointed.
The instruction manual is missing.

The prices are correct, unfortunately I received the SEIKO watch without the tool to adjust the size of the bracelet. Just look at the description on competing sites to check that it should come with it.

A mixed experience with gperdumesaiguilles, nothing to complain about in the ordering phase on the site. I made a mistake with the model and contacted customer service who did what was necessary to take into account my change. Unfortunately there was a supply problem (and I don't blame them, they couldn't help it) and I regret not having been informed proactively by them and apart from my own reminders. In the end, the customer service took the time to call me to let me know that the order had been shipped and it arrived.
Cancellation message that I did not understand...

Fast shipping and careful packaging for the watch I ordered. On the other hand, the after-sales service that I requested on the cell phone number indicated on the invoice is ineffective, even after leaving several messages, no one called me back and I had to make do with a YouTube tutorial to adapt the bracelet. Otherwise the product corresponds well to my expectations.
The watch doesn't work. The battery was out... I'm a little disappointed

Watch received very late but it is logical, we were at the beginning of confinement. What is less logical is not to have received an answer to my email when I was trying to know the status of my order.
Recomposed watch, the bracelet is not original. Disappointed.
The color of the strap (pink) is disappointing compared to the picture (it is a rather dull beige pink) and the material looks like synthetic nubuck.... it is not as qualitative as I expected. But the watch case itself is very nice
I had a problem obtaining a discount code, even though it was advertised on a window that opened automatically. Fortunately, the customer service representative, Ms. i...., went out of her way to get it for me. But once obtained and marked for purchase the amount of discount was lower than the one advertised in the window and the discount decreased again when I went to the payment. Too bad this spoils the fun of the purchase a bit
Because of the strikes the delivery was very long and that's not their fault but the anxiety rising, I sent 2 emails that remained unanswered and several phone messages without response also except the last one where a person told me she was going to reform on the problem she had to contact me NOTHING! I just received the gift for my little girl and I am finally relieved.
I received my order quickly but incomplete knowing that I would have liked to recommend this site several times. I would like my future orders to go well.
