Hello, the LED bar I ordered arrived with a damaged power cable
I did not receive my order, which was apparently delivered to someone else! No compensation was officially offered to me. All I received were 2 emails confirming that the delivery was made. I will therefore request a refund of my purchase from the payment institution for non-delivery.
Still not arrived
Order placed at 11am with delivery option "order before 3pm, be delivered tomorrow before 1pm" Delay in delivery. Compensation a poor 10 discount voucher... Receipt of the package: 1 broken autopot. Damaged reservoir. The package was in perfect external condition. Very disappointed.... Lack of seriousness...
The predatory insects were all dead upon arrival
I am disappointed not to have been delivered within the expected 48 hours which was an essential element in my decision to order. I am surprised not to have any information from the carrier. I hope you are honest
