Perfect!

I know guanodiffusion, I know their products are great but the chronopost delivery is so-so! We pay almost 20 euros to get it in 48 hours and it has already been a week that I am waiting for it. Guanodiffusion: top Chronopost: so-so!

Deadlines almost respected

I should have been delivered at home, and UPS left my package in a relay 40 minutes from my home. THIS IS REALLY CRAP UPS, they should take training from chronopost, they deliver to your home...

Product purchased but not delivered COVID or not?

Delivery times of 48 hours not respected. Order placed on 01-04-2020. Estimated delivery date 07-04-2020. Where are the 48 hours??? Prices on the site are more expensive than in stores. Long live COVID 19

Supposed to be delivered on Friday, delayed due to bad weather, no worries, the next day a message saying it will be delivered before 1pm, nothing, on Monday another message announcing delivery before 1pm, at 2pm the delivery person calls me, directly "it doesn't go well" and hangs up and leaves the package in a relay.... Otherwise product conforms to the reputation, perfect, nothing more to say

Delivery not on time. 1 day late. No response from customer service.

The shipment by Chronopost was stuck at the start for about ten days (for no apparent reason and especially without explanations).

Minimalist packaging of auxiliary insects, and without chemical ice packs, automatic during my purchases made as a professional with other suppliers. Availability time for insects a bit long (independently of Guano Diffusion). I do not yet know if I will restock with this supplier for this type of products.

Too expensive

I didn't have the choice of the delivery relay so the package was a hassle to pick up...

Not having used the product yet, I cannot judge the quality. However, there is a major downside: we cannot choose the relay where our package will arrive. Why? Apart from wasting our time, I see no point. I hope you will correct this detail which seems quite illogical and constraining for the customers.

Dpd only attempted to deliver to me once and just left a notice without bothering to ring the bell. Moreover, they never rescheduled the delivery as requested on their platform. I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the package under threat of it being returned to the sender... In short, a very bad experience but it does not detract from the quality of the products.

The DPD delivery service is a nightmare.. apart from that everything is fine

You promise delivery in 48 H. I received the package on Thursday 06/07. Order placed on 30/06, even if you processed it on Monday, the 48 H are exceeded. But since I didn't find it elsewhere, I would order from you again.

Big issue with delivery, promised delivery in 48 hours but it took more than a week, but customer service is very responsive.

Hello, average evaluation because I had to contact your services myself to get the tracking link for the package. Be careful with the thickness of your cartons as the package was open in one corner. Consider reinforcing your cartons for shipments over 10 kg. For the price of your products, you should aim for excellence in all your shipping services, as I find it very average. Thank you CG.
