Very good... but no respect for the deadline. The purchase was a Christmas gift received in February. Note that the product awaiting delivery was still displayed as available within 7 days on the site, which is not very honest towards buyers.

Clear site, package received quickly and responsive customer service. However, I had a promo code for free traits that I entered on the site during the purchase but not seeing it appear, I even entered it a second time and the site alerted me that the code was already entered. However, during my order it did not appear on the invoice so I did not receive the offer and had to contact customer service who agreed to send them to me in exchange for shipping costs which I would have preferred to avoid. I therefore leave this rather positive note because everything else was very good
I liked the service and the speed of shipping.
Processing and shipping took a bit longer. But the contact with the service was quick and easy. The goods were complete and well packaged. I can only recommend it if you don't mind a longer waiting time.
Everything correct and the shipping was fast
I shoot on a nature course and the arrows bought for 82eu are very fragile. I had to recycle three after less than 10 sessions. I believe that the quality of the carbon, or at least its thickness, makes them fragile arrows.
I would leave a positive review just for the rest of the emails, really engaging, however the ordered goods are excellent and arrived in a timely manner. The site is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. Everything is perfect as far as I'm concerned. I will keep you in mind.
