Crossbow arrived broken because not checked by Hattila before shipping. Refusal to refund or replace with a new one. Only repair was offered along with an "exceptional" commercial gesture of 4% which ultimately was not paid even though the repair was done after 2 weeks but without a word of explanation and no response to my follow-up. Clearly, this seller does not care about disputes even when he is at the origin of them.

Following a return, the manager tells me he received the package and sends me a refund confirmation... 3 weeks later still no refund despite the confirmation. After claiming, he finally tells me he hasn't received the package... but the tracking clearly indicates it was delivered!? Dishonest! Avoid!! I contact a consumer association.
