Very good... but no respect for the deadline. The purchase was a Christmas gift received in February. Note that the product awaiting delivery was still displayed as available within 7 days on the site, which is not very honest towards buyers.
Clear site, package received quickly and responsive customer service. However, I had a promo code for free traits that I entered on the site during the purchase but not seeing it appear, I even entered it a second time and the site alerted me that the code was already entered. However, during my order it did not appear on the invoice so I did not receive the offer and had to contact customer service who agreed to send them to me in exchange for shipping costs which I would have preferred to avoid. I therefore leave this rather positive note because everything else was very good
I shoot on a nature course and the arrows bought for 82eu are very fragile. I had to recycle three after less than 10 sessions. I believe that the quality of the carbon, or at least its thickness, makes them fragile arrows.
Shipping, tracking and speed impeccable However, the customer service needs to be reviewed The main material is good, the accessories are a bit less so, the customer service has sometimes surprising responses regarding the solution to a product defect (tape on a fixing tube to increase its diameter and hold properly in the picatinny rail ring??? An exchange would have been more conclusive) especially considering the €30 shipping fees... to be reviewed

Arrows too light, no precision
The crossbow is beautiful, but there are no spare parts, I need the 95 free bow and I can't get it. A serious dealer must have spare parts
No more delivery to Martinique!
Order corresponds to my expectations. The site is serious and the products are very good. However, for pity's sake stop using the post office for delivery, package arrived late and in poor condition. Fortunately for me nothing was broken. There are other much more serious couriers nowadays.
3 weeks to receive my order (where all the items were marked available) (order of June 4... it's the 29th) and forced to return an item that did not correspond to the order... manufacturer's error apparently. So I'm still waiting for my daughter's bow limbs...
The blowgun arrived, but the rubber tip to use it as a cane was missing. Waiting for them to send it and I would give all the stars.

Hello I bought a pack of tips for my arrows and instead of 12 there were 8. Refund of 4 euros which is not even the value of 4 tips. Best regards
Fast shipping of material with very good value for money but the packaging of the package is not professional at all only luck preserved it from breaking
Some purchased products are OK but there are still quite a few made in China products with the poor quality that goes with it

A detection error on the skylon tips delivered from 4.2 instead of 3.2 so I'm waiting for the new delivery with the correct arrow tips.

Difficult to say good or not good: first package received in a plastic bag. One item was damaged. I don't think the carrier is really to blame, the packaging was really light and rudimentary to begin with. On its part, Hatilla took care of the return and refund of the damaged item. Customer service responded very quickly.
The crossbow is good but two of the magazines are non-functional 🙁

Due to very poor packaging, the sight was damaged.
The feathers are not all glued the same and the glue slipped on two leaving the feather deformed, this apparently does not have a big impact on the shot, but I am a bit disappointed
The product is compliant, the delay was a bit too long but it's correct.
I am quite disappointed with the delivery of my package. I ordered a scope glass, which is a fragile item and costs a certain price... The glass was barely wrapped in a thin pouch with a bit of bubble wrap. I admit I was surprised when I received the package. By miracle, the glass is intact but I wonder how (knowing that delivery people are not always very gentle with packages).

The ordering system only notifies about product availability when adding to the cart. If additional products are added later to the cart, they are considered available if the initially added item was available. Hence a delay of several days in my delivery. A small bug not recognized by the supplier. Disappointed.
The crossbow is very well made, but unfortunately the main string broke on the first shot... quite disappointed, I have to reorder to use it
I should have studied the return conditions better: return at my expense and no refund, only a store credit. I probably won't renew the experience.
Ah really too bad that the packaging wasn't better done. Whether it's arrows or crossbow bolts, the feathers get damaged quickly during transport... really a shame for such a small detail that doesn't require much to be perfect but has such large repercussions.
Super fast delivery (48 hours). Too bad the ordered product (Mantis X) is of poor quality. But that is not the seller's fault. Nevertheless, I do not recommend buying a Mantis.
Very good site but instead of offering me another item, they made me wait 3 weeks for my order without giving me news, otherwise they responded quickly and changed my order without any problem.
