Everything is perfect, but unless I missed something, for novices, an explanatory note in French would be a plus. After that, I would have liked to find on the site, for example for my xp 380, all the accessories that correspond to it, on a single page, e.g., press to change the string, type of arrows or compatible bolts, cases, slings, etc.. it might be simpler, but with the email exchange system, it can work. But everything is perfect (almost)

Several orders already placed without any issues. The last one, a siege crossbow 300, arrived quickly but unfortunately, with the cheek support of the stock broken. Contacted Hattila who responded quickly informing me of the complete part replacement. Part received a few weeks later. For me, the shipments are fast and the customer service is attentive.
