I am very satisfied with the ordered material. I would have liked a bit more transparency on the reality of the shipping times (14 actual days instead of the 7 to 10 displayed at the time of the order) which forced me to contact the Hattila Company to ensure I would receive my order "on time" regarding an imminent photographic project using the ordered material.

What I really like is that the site informs about stock. The order delay is well respected and I was able to find products that other archery shops do not have and the customer service is top-notch.

I came across Hattila when I was searching for a good crossbow, I was extremely impressed by the massive quantity of quality products they have on their site. I have since bought several different items from Hattila, knives, machete, crossbow (the cobra adder which is a superb crossbow and reasonably priced here). The prices are as mentioned very reasonably priced and the postage will be free if you spend 180e or over if I remember correctly. This is an honest review so being honest the only slight downside which actually does not particularly bother me too much is that the postage did take quite a long time, but to qualify this I must also mention that I do live in a very distant isolated area of northern Finland so this may be quite understandable! The main factors for me are quality, price and customer service which I found fast and helpful but I do need to brush up on my French (-: Hattila is a great place to find a wide variety of quality reasonably priced weaponry products such as knives, crossbows, machetes etc as well as everything you may need in relation to these such as replacement parts, arrows, cleaning products etc. 5 stars!
