Customer service very responsive following a request for order information. Small downside for the delivery time....a week before validating the order and getting a tracking number...
Defective rope but nothing serious, the problem should be resolved quickly, once again very satisfied.
Very good service, fast, without problems. However, I already broke the string of my crossbow and the problem is that there is no string available at Attila, I have to order from Huynh, another supplier (this is not a fault of Hattilla but due to my poor handling). I am disappointed that there are not more spare parts in stock, otherwise the Hattilla site is top-notch, order without any issues. I recommend and I will buy accessories from Hattilla.
