Not the right stuff in the kinder and py missing the nock set!

Order and delivery times were as announced. However, I do not wish for you to have to deal with customer service. The red dot sight is defective on the crossbow package, I suggested returning it for a simple exchange but no, there is a certain procedure to follow worse than administrative procedures with the need to provide a video to show that the sight is defective. Anyway, I preferred to buy another one to end an endless exchange with customer service. Too bad otherwise it's 5/5 for everything else and 2/5 because they at least responded. Customer service needs to be reviewed to have humans face customers and not a machine that endlessly repeats an automatic procedure.

I had a promo code for additional arrows in my order, the code was validated, but upon receipt: nothing

Excellent products, too bad the packaging is not up to par. All the packages arrived damaged and opened (apparently the contents did not seem to interest the curious). Fortunately, only a few feathers of the bolts were damaged. It's a shame because this kind of mishap might deter me from future orders. A simple plastic bag for such an order is unworthy!

Unfortunately, first order without issue but the next two had delivery errors and excessive delays.

Disappointed with the deadlines that are not respected, it says fast delivery, first order delivered in 2 weeks after a message sent to the site, second order received after 3 weeks, after 3 messages sent to the site, no commercial gesture, no apology for the inconvenience caused.

The bow was stained by the glue from a label. This could have easily been avoided if the packer had paid (a little) attention. The arrows were tightly bundled with an elastic band and the fletching suffered. Huge box 3/4 empty. In short, packaging is not really your thing...

Nice wall mount for crossbow, however the fixing holes are a bit too large and I find it a bit expensive, too bad.

The elastic is not as powerful as that and the location of the ball hurts the fingers. Too bad

I had paid for home delivery but my order was delivered to a pickup point. No reason was given and I was definitely at home on the scheduled delivery day. That said, I found your site easy to use and the material seems to be of good quality.

You order, you pay, you are delivered. What could be more normal?

The transport agency is not effective, their responsibility and effectiveness leave much to be desired.

I bought a crossbow whose power is correct for me but the string broke on the first use and you could provide assembly descriptions in French because we understand nothing with the illustrations

Super quality/price, the only downside where only 3 out of 5 is that this cover does not take into account the addition of a scope or a red dot sight. And there it is just tight, you have to force to close the cover. Too bad.

Nice shiny quality appearance. Not tested in batching or putting my weight on it or throwing it but looks solid and cuts well. I would have preferred to be delivered in the locker originally intended

Serious site, a lot of choice and products, good advice, very fast shipping but poorly packaged product, some arrow tips were damaged during transport (they were sticking out a bit from the box). It would have been wiser and better to put them in a cardboard package, rather than in a simple plastic envelope..

First class rod, handle a bit too thick but nice quality and effective. However, slow delivery, the delivery person leaves the packages at the post office (?) so longer delay, why pay for a colissimo (?) Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr /jp

A bit complicated to retrieve my package a week after the automatic delivery notice without checking presence, a simple colissimo would have been more effective but we don't really have a choice, it's not very democratic
